ALEX STANFORD - KEYS
Alex is a performer, arranger and composer. Alex trained at Guildhall School of Music & Drama and has since worked with; Liane Carroll, Andy Sheppard, Yasmin Levy, Digby Fairweather, Denys Baptiste, Soweto Kinch, Gilad Atzmon, Stan Salzmann. Alex and Mella founded their life long friendship and creative partnership on the Jazz Course at Chichester College of Arts and Technology.
DON BIRD - DRUMS
Don is a teacher, performer and musician. He has a BA Hons in music from University of Kent and has written and collaborated with; Lillian Boutte, Mervyn Africa, Rob Luft, Richard Simmons, Isaac Holman, Clay Pigeon, T Alan, Goldie Reed, Andy Clarke, Saul Adamczewski. He fronts his own band Lady Bird who can be heard regularly on Radio 1.
MELLA FAYE - ARTISTIC DIRECTOR
Mella is an award winning writer-director with a passion for celebrating the creative and sensual chaos of the female gaze. Mella's creative career began as a touring musician and song-writer, She founded The Hurly Burly, a flash mob festival restaurant, and currently works as Creative Director for ARTBARS. Mella has a Post Graduate Diploma in Arts Policy and Management and regularly works with other artists as mentor, director, dramaturg and sounding board.

OLIVER HARRISON - LEAD PRODUCER
Oliver has been producing theatre for the last 10 years. He is also an actor, theatre maker and Dad, and is based in East Sussex. Oliver has been working with Pecho Mama as Lead Producer since it's inception in 2016, looking after the company's fundraising, project and international tour management and supporting the creative process from idea to production. Oliver and Mella have worked together long before Pecho Mama was born, and are now working together to create their first Pecho Mama film.
